Radius outlet mall is located in Frunzensky District of St. Petersburg, near and above Volkovskaya, a new Metro Station. The building is located near a major thoroughfare, Bukharestskaya Ulitsa, at the intersection with Kasimovskaya Ulitsa. Frunzensky District, home to more than 400,000 people leads the rest of the city in residential housing construction.

The five-story building is designed with an atrium, elevators and escalator groups, broad passages, spacious halls and cozy cafes.
