Adamant Holding President Igor Mikhailovich Leytis said in an interview:
"...Restoration of the building originally built in 1848 continued for more than a year, and brought together several companies from St. Petersburg and Moscow. This was not an easy project. Consider, for instance, that the comprehensive reconstruction project had to proceed without closing down Mayakovskaya Metro Station. The vestibule of the station is located on the first floor of the building we were reconstructing. However, using new technologies, experience and skills of our staff we were able to solve all the problems."
