Balkanskiy-1 office center

The new Balkanskiy-1 building was opened in December 2010. The spacious trade gallery of more than 100 shops is a part of the Balkanskiy mall and Balkania NOVA mall. Shoppers will enjoy an array of clothing, footwear and accessories stores, sport shops and service outlets. The Restaurant Yard food court on the third floor offers a vast array of cafes and restaurants that will suit any taste. Sportmaster GIPER, a major supermarket of sport products is also located on the third floor. The building also houses SportLife, a modern fitness club with a pool. A modern office center is located on the upper floors of the building.
