Office center «Victoria Plaza»

The office center is located in Moskovsky District, on Ploschad Pobedy. The center is conveniently located near Moskovskaya Metro Station, the airport and the Ring Road, which will make the business center attractive for potential lessees. In addition to the office space the office center will also include a stores gallery, public catering zone and a fitness club. The facility will included a parking garage for 450 cars for the shoppers’ convenience. The project includes reconstruction of the former building of Electrostandard R&D Institute and construction of a new building.
