Association of Realtors of St. Petersburg and Leningrad region takes part in the capacity of Awards organizer.
Among the participants there are property companies of the city and region, building organizations, Internet-portals and mass media about property and special projects in the sphere of real estate. The main criteria for winner are site performance level, usability, actuality of furnished information and a number of other indicators on the basis of which the competent judges make their decision.
