In the beginning of 2011 the opening of the store gallery will be continued. For the visitors of the centre there will be reserved a new sporting goods hypermarket and fitness-centre with swimming pool. On the upper floors a modern office centre will be located there. The new building is connected with other buildings of SEC Balkanskiy by passage on the second floor.
