08.07.2013 CJSC RGC acquires Kazan Construction Glass

On 01 July 2013, CJSC RGC acquired Kazan Construction Glass (Glassmarket), thereby augmenting its arsenal of plants for the production of architectural glass units for commercial fenestration. In the near future, plans call for the technical reequipping of the factory, which will make it possible to increase production capacity and produce more than 200K m² of glass units for architectural fenestration and over 100K m² of glass units for residential fenestration per annum.

Acquisition of the Kazan production facility, coupled with well-established contacts with the leading players of façade fenestration in VFD will allow RGC to occupy lead positions on the Volga Region market.
