On September 3 Balkania Nova Shopping Mall Hosted “Step Toward Knowledge,” Grand Charity Festival

The guests of the festival attended fun workshops and enjoyed an excellent concert show. All the money raised at the event will be set to children with developmental disabilities in Boarding School No. 4 in Pavlovsk. The festival was organized by “Step Toward You” Charity Organization.
