Stage IV of Zanevsky Kaskad MFC is under construction at Ladozhsky Railway Terminal and Ladozhskaya Metro station. The new facility will be 112,800 sq m in total area.
The lower part of the building will house a shopping and entertainment complex, while the upper 9 floors will contain an office centre. The MFC also plans to build covered parking.
The first three buildings of "Zanevsky Cascade" are already operating successfully on the site where the MFC is being built. The complex’s key tenants are the electronics hypermarket "M.video", the children’s goods supermarket "Lukomorie", the hobby hypermarket "Leonardo", the "Perekrestok" supermarket, along with shops from famous brands such as Adidas, Jack Wolfskin, Intersport, Luhta, Samsung, Lego and many others.
As part of stage III of the complex, opened in December 2013, the shopping galleries are supplemented by a "Formula Kino" multi-cinema, a SportLife fitness club, a "Medpomosch 24" medical centre, a food court, as well as a business centre.
Good transport accessibility, proximity to the Ladoga metro station, Ladoga train station and public transport routes will provide the complex with a high through-flow of customers. All the buildings of the "Zanevsky Cascade" MFC will be connected by transit galleries.
